Our Infrastructure

To cater to the varied needs of our customers, we have an established state-of-the-art manufacturing unit at Umbergaon. The Plant spreads in 8 acres of land with a construction area of more than 4000 sq. mtr. With the installed capacity of producing 25,000 sq mtrs daily. This production line includes PE Panel, FR A2, FR Class B, EUROCOMB - Aluminium Honeycomb Panel, EUROCORE – Aluminium Core Composite Panel and Zinc Panels. ​ With a skilled workforce of over 300+ people, highly precise world-class equipment, and a stringent focus on quality, we’ve managed to deliver the best-in-class quality to our clients.

One stop solution
We cater to every demand of the market, be it traditional ACPs or innovative and trendy FR ACPs, AHPLs, or ZCPs, EUROCORE & EUROCOMB. With four production lines we are equipped to cater to all your façade material needs. Further extending our commitment to delivering the best in the industry, we have exclusively collaborated with Europe’s leading Aluminium Coil Coating company – Euramax. Our 300+ designs are dispersed throughout 20 product groupings, there are a bewildering number of possibilities for the consumer.​ ​

Testing Lab
EUROBOND prioritises research, innovation, and quality assurance. It employs a testing lab with stringent quality control processes. All raw materials and completed goods are put through more than 50 different tests using cutting-edge machinery that has been brought from Germany and Japan. Third-party certifications awarded to our products demonstrate our dedication to providing exceptional quality.​ ​

Solar Panel
Leading the movement for sustainability we have installed a complete Solar Power System that generates 500 KW of energy and meets, 20% of our energy requirements. This strategy has helped us develop in terms of sustainability and combating climate change.​

Display center
The exhibits, which range from perforations to 3D facades, highlight the most recent advancements at EUROBOND as well as creative uses of ACP, earning this center a reputation like Disneyland or a Candy Shop for fabricators.​
